Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Home & Kitchen product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items.
• A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims. Please record a clear video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and continuing until the product and its contents have been fully checked.
• The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the outer packaging, package seal, product, and all included items.
• Returns or damage claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Important: Check the Parcel Before Accepting

Please carefully inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the package appears to be already opened, torn, damaged, resealed, tampered with, or otherwise not in its original sealed condition, please do not accept the parcel. Inform the delivery person and contact our customer support team immediately.

Once a parcel has been accepted, claims regarding visible external damage or tampering may be subject to verification through the required unboxing video.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A clear unboxing video will be required to verify the condition of the package and product. If the return is approved, we will provide a refund.

We may request additional photos, videos, or other information to verify the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund for eligible returns.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
